My educational/professional background:
Alice Sung, our new Pre-Kindergarten Teaching Assistant, has a background in business and nursing and is excited to transition to Early Childhood Education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of California, Riverside, a Nursing Degree from East Los Angeles College, and is completing the Early Childhood Education Certificate program at UCLA Extension. Alice is excited to support and nurture Clairbourn’s youngest learners as they transition into school life.
What brings me joy is:
I truly enjoy spending time with children—playing, going on the swing, and doing fun, simple projects that spark their curiosity. I love seeing the world through their eyes. Even something I’ve done many times before can feel magical when I experience it alongside them. Outside of work and family, I love hiking (especially to waterfalls), beaches, hot springs, traveling to new places, doing arts and crafts, and taking photos of special moments and beautiful spots around the world.
