Thank you for your interest in Clairbourn School! Our Director of Enrollment Management, Marianne Ryan, is available to help you with your questions, scheduling a tour, and anything else you may need. We look forward to meeting your family and guiding you through the admissions process. Here are six steps to becoming part of the Clairbourn family!

  • Step 1: ADMISSION INQUIRY

    Please fill out the Inquiry Form. Please refer to the age/grade placement chart to determine the correct placement for your child. This will create an account in our system and enable you to book a tour and fill out an application.

  • Step 2: COME ON A TOUR

    This is a great opportunity to explore our beautiful campus and classrooms, learn about our mission, philosophy, curriculum, and meet administrators, faculty, staff, and current parents. Once you fill out an Inquiry Form, you will receive the link to the tour registration page.

  • Step 3: APPLY ONLINE

    After your Inquiry Form has been submitted, you will see a link provided for the application.

  • Step 4: GATHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

    Please submit the required documents found on your child’s checklist.

  • Step 5: VISITING DAY

    After submitting the application, a school visiting day will be scheduled for you. Applicants in Preschool and Kindergarten will have playdates, and applicants for grades 1–8 will spend a morning on campus.

  • Step 6: ACCEPTANCE!

    Decision letters will be available on March 12, 2027, in your CougarNet account. The enrollment contract and nonrefundable enrollment deposit of $1,500 will be due on March 19, 2027. We look forward to welcoming your family to campus.
