A $100 application fee is due with your application. When accepted, the enrollment contract, non-refundable deposit of $1,500, and New Student Fee of $1,000 are due on Friday, March 14, 2025. Payment plans are available: Single Payment Plan (due July 1) and Two Payments Plan (50% due July 1, 50% due December 1)*
 
Annual dues for the Clairbourn Families Association are $150 per child. After-school care and enrichment programs are offered and available at additional cost.
*Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) insurance is mandatory for two payment and special arrangement plans, and highly recommended for single payment plans. The insurance premium is typically 1.55% of total tuition and fees.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance grants will be awarded to newly accepted students and current students (enrolled for the following school year and whose tuition account is current.) Approximately 24% of Clairbourn families are awarded grants through our Tuition Assistance Program each year, and we can help you through each step of the process! Merit Scholarships

Merit Scholarships are open to all newly applying students in grades 6, 7 and 8. Students will be awarded a Merit Scholarship based on qualifying grades and Teacher Recommendation Forms. Merit Scholarships can be combined with Tuition Assistance based on demonstrated need.

Applicants applying for a Merit Scholarship must complete all necessary steps of the admissions process to be considered for a Merit Scholarship. These include the following: Application for Admission, Teacher Recommendation Form, School Transcripts, Writing Sample, and a campus visit. Candidates will be notified about the Merit Scholarship at the same time they receive an acceptance.
