I choose to teach at Clairbourn because:
Clairbourn is a place where you encounter kind and dedicated people. Just walking on the beautiful campus brings a sense of peace and joy. I appreciate being part of a strong community where families and staff work together. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with our youngest learners.
My favorite Clairbourn tradition is:
Having the children jump in the Ginkgo leaves every year is one of my favorite traditions. It brings so much joy and excitement to the children and creates special memories that they can look forward to each year.
What brings me joy is:
My family and friends bring me the most joy. I also find joy in meeting new people, thrifting, crafting, and baking. I love being creative, trying new things, and making memories with the people I care about.
I come from a family of educators, inspired by both my father and sister, who are also dedicated teachers. Following their path, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in liberal studies from Mount St. Mary’s University and a Multiple Subject Clear Credential from UC San Diego. I have more than 16 years of teaching experience.
