Mrs. Tessier

I have over 20 years of experience teaching K–5 in both public and private schools. I hold a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, a master’s degree in multicultural education from National University, and am currently pursuing my Associate Certification in the Orton-Gillingham Approach to literacy instruction. Before entering education, I earned a BFA in musical theater from The Boston Conservatory of Music. My background in performance still shapes my expressive, engaging approach to the classroom. I am passionate about building strong readers and confident learners, and I’m thrilled to bring my energy and experience to the Clairbourn community.

Outside the classroom, I find joy in sewing, traveling, and exploring new food and coffee spots. I’m an avid reader and love spending time with my family and my cat, Quinn.
