My educational/professional background:
I have been in the education field since 2007. I have a teaching credential, Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, minor in Applied Developmental Psychology, and a Master of Arts degree in Education from UCLA. I taught high school math in LAUSD for over a decade and then took a break to be at home with my two daughters. In 2021 I went back to school and earned an Associate Teacher certificate in Early Childhood Education. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family. Since my daughter started at Clairbourn in 2021, my family has fallen in love with the Clairbourn community, and I'm excited to be a part of the staff!

My favorite Clairbourn tradition is:
My favorite Clairbourn tradition is the annual Sugar Plum event where parents come together for holiday ornaments, shopping, and breakfast. It’s a wonderful way to begin the holiday season and bring the community together.
What brings me joy is:
I love seeing the children’s faces of wonder, excitement and learning.
