My educational/professional background:
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Design from the Art Center College of Design. For almost two decades, I worked as a designer in advertising/marketing for several firms handling clients from various industries, and as a director supporting the marketing team and the firm. Besides teaching in both LAUSD and private art studios for a few years, I also established my own design studio helping governments generate reports, assisting clients with branding needs and establishing their global marketing.
I choose to work at Clairbourn because:
Community. There is no other community quite like Clairbourn and I am passionate about celebrating and supporting the school!
My favorite Clairbourn tradition is:
I love watching our ginkgo tree change colors throughout the year. It is so significant and is such a big part of Clairbourn to me.
What brings me joy is:
Being outdoors, traveling and discovering new experiences with my family, spending quality time with great friends and watching my two children grow up are some of my greatest joy!
