Our Director of Enrollment Management Dr. Marianne Ryan is available to help you with your questions, scheduling of a tour, and anything else you may need. We look forward to meeting your family and guiding you through the admissions process. Here are six steps to joining the Clairbourn Family!

  • Step 1: Admission Inquiry

    Please fill out the Inquiry Form. This will set up an account in our system and enable you to book a tour and fill out an application.

  • Step 2: Come On A Tour

    This is a great opportunity to explore our beautiful campus and classrooms, learn about our mission, philosophy, curriculum and meet administrators and current parents. Once you fill out an Inquiry Form, you will receive the link to the tour registration page.

  • Step 4: Gather Required Documents

    Please submit required documents found on your child’s checklist to complete. All supporting materials are due by February 1, 2025

  • Step 5: Schedule A Student Visiting Day

    After submitting the application, preschool applicants will have an individual family meeting, kindergarten applicants will have a group playdate and applicants for grades 1-8 will spend a morning on campus. You will see the link to schedule visiting days once you submit the application.

  • Step 6: Acceptance!

    Decision letters will be available in your CougarNet account on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 5:00 pm. The enrollment contract, non-refundable enrollment deposit of $1,500 and $1,000 New Student Fee are due on Friday, March 14, 2025 by 12:00 pm.
