Tuition and Fees for 2026-2027

A $100 application fee is due with your application. When accepted, the enrollment contract, non-refundable deposit of $1,500, and New Student Fee (added to the Enrollment Agreement Contract) of $1,000 are due on Friday, March 19, 2027. Payment plans are available: Single Payment Plan (due June 1) and Two Payments Plan (50% due June 1, 50% due December 1)*

Annual dues for the Clairbourn Families Association are $150 per child (added to the Enrollment Agreement Contract). After-school care and enrichment programs are offered and available at additional cost. We need to add the Preschool After School fee schedule here as everyone asks for it. Parker Anderson runs our afterschool program for grades k-8. Apply to Clairbourn!
*Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) insurance is mandatory for two payment and special arrangement plans, and highly recommended for single payment plans. Merit Scholarships

Merit Scholarships are open to all newly applying students in grades 6, 7 and 8. Students will be awarded a Merit Scholarship based on qualifying grades and Teacher Recommendation Forms. Merit Scholarships can be combined with Tuition Assistance based on demonstrated need.

Applicants applying for a Merit Scholarship must complete all necessary steps of the admissions process to be considered for a Merit Scholarship. These include the following: Application for Admission, Teacher Recommendation Form, School Transcripts, Writing Sample, and a campus visit. Candidates will be notified about the Merit Scholarship at the same time they receive an acceptance.
