It is important to cherish the times you have at Clairbourn before you leave because for me, the years went by so fast, as if it was just a few weeks.

I’d like to thank everyone who has helped me and I don’t know how to express all my gratitude. I’d like to thank Dr. Nafie and Dr. Patzlaff for being such good role models to me. Whenever I arrived to school, I always thought saying good morning to them was one of the best parts of the day.

I’d like to thank Mrs. Taylor for teaching me how to write essays and manage my homework better and Mrs. Corwin for teaching me current events and being such a good mentor throughout all the years that you have been with us. Thank you Mrs. Kibbe for all the science videos and the Drop Everything and Build Days and thank you Mrs. Berge for making math fun with your activities and optimistic attitude. Thank you Mrs. Drazic for teaching me not just Spanish but about the culture in South America. Thank you Mr. Barker for your help with everything on the computer and thank you Mrs. Barker for the help in Latin. Thank you Mrs. Ball for helping me see art in a more advanced way that I never knew of. Thank you parents and CFA for making it possible to have special lunch days and helping out with the funds that allow us to go on fun field trips and special events. And thank you mom and dad for finding such an amazing school for me to spend the last 10 years.

As Dr. Seuss said, “Sometimes you will not know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.” I have realized that when you’re in the moment, you need to learn and have as much fun as you can, because after it’s gone, it is just a memory. I will cherish Clairbourn and all my memories that I have made here for my whole life.
