Group tours for Clairbourn School start in October and run through February. If you can't make one of these posted tour dates, or if you are inquiring after February, email admissions@clairbourn.org for more information about available tour dates.
 

General Information About Tours

Reserve your spot by filing out the "Book A Tour Date" form  above.

When to Arrive:
Please plan on arriving approximately 15 minutes before 9:00 a.m. All tour meetings begin at 9:00 a.m. and will last approximate 1 ½ hours.

Parking:
Our parking lot entrance is on Huntington Drive. Parking is free, and street parking is also available.

Checking In:
You can check in with our receptionist in the front office who will direct you to the tour meeting room and the name tag and sign-in table.

Who May Attend:
This tour is designed for adults (with the exception of middle school students who may attend the tour).  Translators may attend, if needed, but we can make arrangements for tours led by current parents or student ambassadors that speak Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages. 

Refreshments:
We will serve light refreshments before the tour starts (pastries, coffee, and juice).

Tour Guides:
Your tour guide will be a current Clairbourn parent accompanied by a student ambassador.

Tour Highlights:
In small groups, you will visit classrooms and other school facilities. You will get an accurate feel for our school as you see the students and teachers in the setting of a typical school day.

Meeting School Administrators:
School administrators will be available to answer your additional questions. Your parent guide will be happy to help you connect with them.

Outdoor Portions of the Tour:
In the event of rain, please bring an umbrella and wear water-resistant shoes.
