We look forward to meeting your family and guiding you through the admissions process. Here are six steps to joining the Clairbourn Family!

  • Step 1: Admission Inquiry

    Please fill out the Inquiry Form. We will be in touch with you shortly.

  • Step 2: Come On A Tour

    It's a great opportunity to explore our beautiful campus and classrooms, learn about our mission, philosophy, curriculum and meet administrators and current parents. Once you fill out an Inquiry Form, you will receive the link to the tour registration page.

  • Step 3: Apply Online

    After your Inquiry Form has been submitted, an account will be set up for your family as well as a link provided for the application.

  • Step 4: Gather Required Documents

    Please submit required documents in your CougarNet to complete your child’s file (e.g. Teacher Recommendations, School Transcripts, etc.).

  • Step 5: Schedule A Student Visiting Day

    After submitting the application, preschool applicants will have an individual family meeting, kindergarten applicants will have a group playdate and applicants for grades 1-8 will spend a morning on campus. You will see the link to schedule visiting days once you submit the application.

  • Step 6: Acceptance!

    Decision letters will be available in your CougarNet account on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 5:00 pm. The enrollment contract and non-refundable enrollment deposit of $1,500 are due on Friday, March 15, 2024 by 12:00 pm.
