Congratulations to all Clairbourn students and families for an excellent start to the school year! What a joy it was to see all the smiling faces on the children, new and returning; and that’s not counting the even larger smiles on the faces of the parents! Thanks to our CFA leadership, with Shelley Coolidge at the helm, for the great Coffee on the Quad to get us started.
We have made a number of changes to our program and facilities this year that I know you will enjoy. Among these changes are new faculty members, new teaching assignments, new room assignments, new conference facilities, new gardens, and countless new learning opportunities. I’ll share more details about these changes in coming weeks.
I hope to speak with every Clairbourn parent at some point during the course of the year, and the sooner the better. If we haven’t had a conversation recently, or ever, please don’t hesitate to say, “Hello.” I’ll be speaking at the first CFA meeting, next Tuesday, September 13th. I’ll say a little more about the start of the school year, some of the changes we’ve made, and a word or two about the major goals for the 2016-17 school year.
I hope to see you there!
